Email neildouglas33@hotmail.co.uk and tell us what happened, which phone you use, and the email address on your Kuwboo account. We aim to reply within two working days.
On the welcome screen tap Log In and sign in with your email and password, or with Apple or Google if that is how you signed up. If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.
Tap the ··· menu on the post, profile or conversation and choose Report this. You can also Block a user from the same menu; they will no longer be able to see your content or contact you.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Full details, including what happens to your data, are on our account deletion page.
Message the other person from the listing first. If you can't resolve it, email us with the listing name and both usernames.
